Every Branch & Bond piece is made to order in our Richmond, Virginia studio. Here’s what to expect once you place your order.
Processing time
Frames are made within 3–5 business days. Photo print orders need 2 additional business days. For photo print orders, processing begins once we’ve received your photo and you’ve approved your proof.
Shipping
- Shipping is included in the price of our photo frames. Other items show their shipping cost at checkout.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
- Holiday orders: order by December 10 for Christmas delivery (December 8 for photo print orders).
Personalized items
Because each piece is engraved with your words, personalized items can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there’s an error on our part. Please check spelling, names and dates carefully before ordering. We engrave exactly what you enter.
If something isn’t right
If your order arrives damaged, or we made an error, email karen@branchandbond.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Photo print orders
We’ll reprint at no charge for printing defects or shipping damage. We can’t reprint for issues with the quality of the original photo file. If your file looks too small for a clear print, we’ll let you know before printing.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change your engraving text? Email us as soon as possible. Once engraving has begun, we can’t make changes or cancel the order.
