Order information: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and the personalization details you enter (such as engraving text and font choices).
Photos: if you choose our print and mount service, the photo you send us.
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
Messages: information you send through our contact or quote forms, or by email.
Email sign-ups: your email address, if you choose to join our mailing list.
Reviews: your name and review, if you leave a review of a purchase.
Site usage: basic information collected automatically through cookies, such as the contents of your cart and how you use the site.

To send occasional emails, only if you’ve signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We share information only with the services that help us run the shop:

Stripe and PayPal to process payments
Shipping carriers to deliver your order
Klaviyo to send emails to subscribers
Judge.me to collect and display reviews
Hostinger, which hosts our website

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your photos
Photos sent for printing are used only to print your order. We delete them once your order is complete and delivered.

Our site uses cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your session, and understand how the site is used. You can turn off cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may not work properly without them.

Keeping your information
We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and customer service. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing karen@branchandbond.com.

Children
Our site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
